Cemil Meriç - 10th International Congress of Sports and Social Sciences will be hosted by Hatay Metropolitan Municipality (Turkey) on 23-25 November 2018. The Congress has been organized 9 times as Congress of Social Sciences in Sports. As of this congress the scope of scientific activity has been expanded and its name changed to Social Sciences and Sports Congress.

Hatay is a city of tolerance and civilization in which people of all walks of life live together, where the three divine religions lie side by side, the cultural traces of various civilizations  can be seen in concrete form. Quran also mentioned the name of this ancient city of Turkey as a gastronomic city where the most beautiful dishes and desserts are also known. With this scientific activity we invite you to a journey of history, taste and science.



Cemil Meriç - The 10th International Congress of Social Sciences and Sports was dedicated to Cemil Meriç, who was born in Hatay/Reyhanlı on 12 December 1916. Cemil Meric, as an author, translator and thinker, is an important Turkish intellectual who expressed original ideas in many areas of social sciences, especially language, history, literature, philosophy and sociology. He writes, "I am a writer and an instructor. In this congress dedicated to an original thinker who defines his work as "to think and to present what he thinks to the public," we wish you to share your thoughts, researches and discoveries.

 In the Congress you can present your work in social sciences and sports sciences in Arabic, English or Turkish. These can be oral presentations (face to face or remote), poster presentations, workshops, discussions, workshops with private themes or personal exhibitions. The International Award-winning Mixed Education and Art Exhibition will also be organized within the scope of the Congress.

Abstracts prepared for presentation at the Congress will be accepted or rejected after being passed through the arbitration process. The review will be done by the referees and scientific committees of the congress. These institutions include scientists in various countries who are competent in their respective fields. Also, while you upload your proceedings to the system, you can also offer referees. Congress will be classified as academic. The sessions and documents of the congress participants will be organized according to the following basic areas:

Ø Law

Ø Theology

Ø Sports Science

 This will make it easier for scientists working in similar fields to come together and establish new collaborations in the congressional process. The abstract book will be published as ISBN numbered and edited in e-book format before the start date of the congress so that congress attendees can easily follow the sessions.

There are also three different options for full texts. The first is the full textbook (Pdf). The second is a free-of-charge article in internationally recognized publications supporting the congress. The third is to organize full-texts as book chapters prepared by a national or international publishing house. Book chapters are chargeable. All publications will take place after the referee process is completed.

The English version of the abstracts must be included (150-250 words).We look forward to seeing you as partners in this prestigious scientific environment that will be created by valuable scientists from the various countries of the world to discuss the problems, developments and changes in this 10th international event.Please do not forget marking your presentation style (oral, poster, workshop etc.)during your application to the congress.
