Presentations

Oral presentations can be done face to face or virtually. The duration of these presentations is 15 minutes. At the end of the presentations in each session, a 15 minute question and discussion section is planned. For presentations in the form of workshop, time and space will be allocated according to the content of the subject.

For the workshop and roundtable discussions, time and space will be allocated according to the content of the topic and the number of participants. Virtual presentations will take place through programs such as Skype, which allow remote participation. However, it is accepted for the virtual presentation that scientists submit their video footage of their presentations on a slide and have their phones open at presentation time. The scientists who will be present in the poster presentation are obliged to exhibit their works (in 50x70 size) and to inform the guests at the specified hours.

Writing Rules

-  Upload your abstracts to the system. Prepare your abstracts (150-250 words) in a word / doc document and mail to ssscongress2018@gmail.com

-  Write the title, name, surname, e-mail address and institution information of all authors under the abstract title

-  Add the phone number of the correspondent author.

-  Write at least 3-5 keywords in your abstract.

-  Your abstract should be in Turkish and English. Even if the presentation and the spelling language are Turkish or Arabic, it is imperative that the English abstract be added.

-  Create your texts in Times New Roman 11 or 12 point, borders and 1.5 lines.

Publication Process

Abstracts Book

The abstracts of the congress texts will be published by the Faculty Bookstore with the academic ISBN number and academic classification before the event.

Full Text Publishing

Full Text Publishing: There is no full text requirement in the symposium. However, scientists may write their works in the form of a full-text, article or national / international book chapter before an agreed deadline. In this case;

-   The full-text book will be published in PDF format in academic format with a special ISBN number.

-    Each of the works prepared in the article format will be published in the journals, which meet the criteria of academic incentive allowance and associate professorship.

-    Works intended to be national or international book chapters will be published by Nobel Publishing or Cambridge Scholars Publishing. Book chapters are chargeable. The publishing charge for national book section is 200 TL and for the international book section is 100 Euro.
